The Perfect (Vegan) Banana Bread

- 4 medium ripe bananas
- ¼ loving cup vegetable oil
- ¼ loving cup unsweetened nondairy milk
- ½ loving cup lite dark-brown sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 loving cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- sliced bananas, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 9×5 loaf pan amongst nonstick spray, therefore flour.
