These glutinous swirly sugariness banana cinnamon rolls are healthier, simpler, together with sweeter than whatsoever ordinary cinnamon roll, together with made inwards the oven amongst exclusively fruit!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 spotty bananas
  • Cinnamon
  • DATE PASTE
  • 1 loving cup Medjool dates (about 12)
  • 1/2 loving cup water
  • Optional: one tsp vanilla and/or a pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 250F
  2. Slice the bananas lengthwise into three strips each (see tips inwards the postal service together with scout the video for technique).
  3. Lay out the slices on ii baking trays lined amongst parchment paper. Do non overcrowd. I recommend half-dozen slices per tray. If y'all accept whatsoever smaller strips that broke, pose them out too.
