SPICED APPLE BREAD RECIPE
Serves: 8

• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 125 g melted butter
• ii eggs
• 1/4 tsp salt
• I tsp solid soil cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp solid soil nutmeg
• I tsp vanilla essence
• ii med  apple cored, peeled, chopped/grated

METHOD

* Sift together flour,  baking soda, and salt. Preheat oven @ 180 C. Grease vii inch pan.

*  Beat  together butter,  sugar,  eggs too  vanilla 

* Now add together dry out ingredients amongst the butter mixture,   stir until only combined.  Mix inwards apples.

* Pour into the prepared pan to bake for  40-45  minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

* Cool on pan x minutes, transfer onto rack to cool. Slice to serve.
