Fried Tempeh & White Patato Inward Soy Sauce Recipe

Mixed vegetables dish consisting of fried tempeh too potato simmered inwards spicy sweet soy sauce.

One of my son's favorite vegetables, tempeh (fermented soya bean cake), spud with loads of bird's oculus chili.

Fried Tempeh & Potato inwards Soy Sauce was extra spicy due to add-on of bird's oculus chili.  Spices are an affair of a private sense of savor too then suit accordingly.

Adjust the soy sauce to saccharide to your liking.  Cut the tempeh to spud into virtually equal size for uniform cooking.  If you lot pick out a healthier option, produce boil,  bake or microwave the spud until done but yet overnice too firm.

Fried Tempeh & Potato inwards Soy Sauce is a versatile dish.   In representative, you lot run out of potato, easily supplant it with tofu or sweetness potato. For extra compaction too taste,  add roughly fried anchovies to the inwards a higher house too toss well...

FRIED TEMPEH & POTATO IN SOY SAUCE RECIPE
Serves: 6

• six tempeh  each v x thirteen cm cutting into 8 pieces
• 500 g  potato peeled too cut
• ten bird's oculus chili
• ii big onion
• three-tablespoon sweetness soy sauce
• common salt too saccharide to taste
• fossil oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat the oil, nipper separately tempeh too potato.  Remove too drain on absorbent paper.  Keep aside.
2. Blend onion too chili into a coarse paste.
3. Heat three-tablespoon fossil oil inwards a pan, nipper blended ingredients until fragrant.
4. Mix inwards soy sauce, common salt too saccharide equally desired.
5. Add inwards fried tempeh to potato, stir until well coated amongst spices.
