COCONUT CASHEW BARS

These Coconut Cashew Bars make a delicious, healthy, snack. Whether you’re Whole30, Paleo, or simply looking for a healthier snack or dessert idea give these bars a try and let me know your thoughts in the comments.


Ingredients
2 cups pitted dates
3/4 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
2/3 cup unsalted cashews

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a high powdered blender (I use the Vitamix 7500).
  • Process on low for 3-4 minutes.
