Zucchini Nacho Chips
Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 TBS "healthified" taco seasoning
- Coconut Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini into sparse strips using a mandolin (click HERE to honor the 1 I used.)
- Place slices inwards colander over the sink together with sprinkle alongside lots of salt. Let sit down for five minutes together with thence press out water.
- Heat the fossil oil inwards a fryer or pan to 350 degrees F.
