Mexican Vegan Burrito Bowl Bricklayer Appall Salad - Chipotle Style
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brownish rice (or yous tin purpose white)
- 1 tin (14 oz) dark beans
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 light-green peppers
- 1 tin corn
- 2 avocados
- ½ lime
- 1 scandalise (8 oz) salsa
- 2 cups lettuce (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat the fossil oil inwards a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion too light-green pepper slices too cook, stirring every minute, for v minutes.
- Remove the onion too pepper slices from the frying pan too allow them cool completely earlier adding to the bricklayer jars.
