Milk of poultry



Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 l of milk
  • 3-4 envelopes of vanilla sugar
  • 10 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons food starch
  • cream for decoration

Method of preparation

  1. Milk is boiled. Separate the egg whites. Salt whites with a salt of salt , then add 5 tablespoons of sugar. They fight until they get into the bowl. When the milk boils, the fire stops and is taken with the "bulgari" spoon from the beaten egg whites by adding it to the hot milk. Leave for 4-5 minutes turning on both sides. They're out in a strainer. 
  2. Mix the yolks with the remaining sugar and the starch and add it to the milk. Boil again and stir until thickened. 
  3. Place bulgarians in bowls, pour the sauce (after it has cooled, of course) and decorate with whipped cream.
