INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of butter
  • 1 l of milk
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks (or 9-10 quail egg yolks)
  • 200 g of wheat
  • 1 Canned Peach Box (900 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin (20 g)
  • 100-150 g of crumbly crumb biscuits
  • 1 cacao spoon
  • kiwi or jam for decoration

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Boil the porridge with milk, stirring continuously. Allow the porridge to cool.
  2. Blow the soft butter with the mixer, add the sugar and continue to beat, add the yolks one by one and beat continuously.
  3. Add one tablespoon of grain porridge to the mass and stirring continuously, combine all the porridge with butter. Divide the table into 2 parts and add cocoa to one side.
  4. Place the biscuits in a removable baking mold with a diameter of 23 cm. Put the first layer of cocoa cream on top, then the white cream. Level and shape in the refrigerator.
  5. Drain peaches through a sieve. Pour the syrup into a small saucepan, add the gelatine and let stand for 5 minutes to swell.
  6. Peach peaches with puree blender. Heat the gelatin until it dissolves completely.
