APPLE PIE OREO TRUFFLES

Apple Pie Oreo Truffles are addicting little bites of fall flavor heaven! They make the perfect compliment to any holiday dinner or get together!

Aren’t Oreo truffles the most delicious little bites?! I’ve been in love with them for years ever since my friend first made them for one of our football Saturdays. While the chocolate Oreo truffles are still my favorites, these fall inspired truffles are giving the originals a run for their money!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 package Golden Oreos

1/4 cup apple pie filling

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Finely chopped pecans, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper; set aside.
Add Oreos to a food processor and pulse until the cookies turn into a fine crumb. Transfer cookies to a mixing bowl.
Add the pie filling to the food processor and pulse until smooth. Set aside.
Combine the cream cheese and Oreo crumbs with a spoon or rubber spatula until completely incorporated. Add the pie filling and combine until smooth. The mixture will be a bit on the wet side.
