Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps (Meal Prep)
Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1/4 loving cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Filling
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Thai crimson curry paste
- 1 lb thin soil turkey
- 1 loving cup carrots shredded
- To serve
- 7 oz Better Romaine Leaf
- green onions to garnish
- peanuts to garnish
Instructions
- Shake together all peanut sauce ingredients as well as ready aside.
- Heat crude inwards a large pan as well as add together the onions, garlic as well as Thai crimson curry paste. Stir until crimson curry glue is heated through as well as mixed inwards evenly amongst the onions (2-3 minutes).
- Add the soil turkey as well as cook, breaking it upwards amongst a spatula, for 5-7 minutes, until no pinkish remains, as well as the turkey, is cooked through.
