Chocolate Loaf Cake



Ingredients:
  • 1 stick Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 loving cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 loving cup Milk
  • 1 1/4 loving cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 loving cup Cocoa
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 loving cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 deg F. Prepare a 9x5 loaf pan alongside parchment newspaper and/or cooking spray.


In a medium-to-large mixing bowl, cream butter together with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla extract together with milk. Continue mixing until good blended. Mixture should endure watery.

Sift inwards flour, baking powder, cocoa together with salt. Fold alongside a spatula until good blended.

Pour mixture into loaf pan upward to 3/4 full. Add chocolate chips on overstep if desired.

Bake for 60-70 minutes. To endure certain that cake is done, poke it alongside a toothpick. Cake is done if toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for at to the lowest degree ten minutes earlier removing from the loaf. Cut together with serve.
