Chili Lime Chicken As Well As Rice Repast Prep Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs or 4 modest pieces

  • 2 teaspoons lime zest or zest of 1 lime
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced or crush

  • 4 tablespoons oil

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

Instructions

  1. To Cook Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade. Add the chicken too mix until fully coated.
