Better Than Tuna
Ingredients
- (2) 15oz cans chickpeas, rinsed as well as drained (or iii cups cooked chickpeas)
- 1 shredded carrot
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1/2 pocket-sized ruby-red onion, finely diced
- Just Mayo or alternative vegan mayonaise, closed to 1/4 cup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp solid put down dark pepper
- optional: extras similar mustard, dill, etc
Instructions
- Roughly crush the chickpeas inward a medium size bowl. I similar to run out some chunks of the peas inward the mash.
- Add the carrot, celery, onion, common salt as well as pepper as well as mix good amongst a fork
