Galaxy Filled Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

• Cupcakes
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• 2 cups C&H® Organic Raw Cane Sugar
• 5 large eggs, room temperature
• 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
• 2 teaspoons black food gel color
• 1/2 cup milk
• small white star jimmies

Galaxy Frosting

• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• 3 cups C&H® Confectioners Sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 drops sky blue food gel color
• 2 drops fuchsia food gel color
• 2 drops violet food gel color
• 1 teaspoon black food gel color
• silver star sprinkles
