Blackberry Mojito Recipe
Is there a better Summer cocktail than an ice cold mojito? NOPE. Something about the cocktail reminds me of warm tropical weather. I suppose it makes me feel like I’m on vacation.
I’ve always loved mojitos, but I think you have to like mint to really like a mojito. You can always cut the mint leaf ingredient in half if you don’t like the flavor (or leave it out). Not sure if you can still technically call it a mojito, but I’m in the business of making my readers happy, so I’ll allow it just once.
