Chocolate Lemon Foam Slice - Easy Frying Without Baking!

Ingredients:

  • 10 dkg of cocoa biscuits
  • 10 dkg of household biscuits
  • 10 dkg butter

For Chocolate Foam:

  • 10 dkg of milk chocolate
  • 1 sachet of habfix
  • 1.5 dl of foam cream

On the top:

  • 1.5 dl of foam cream
  • 1 sachet of habfix
  • lemon flavor

Preparation:

  1. The cocoa biscuit is crushed and mixed with half of the butter. Smoothed into small round baking rings. The home-made biscuit is also crushed and scraped with the remaining butter and smoothed onto the cocoa layer. The chocolate is thawed and cooled to lukewarm. The foam is beaten, the foam is added and the chocolate is chopped up, while we beat it with a robot machine. The chocolate foam is distributed on the biscuit base. The other portion of foam milk is beaten, the foam fillet is added, flavored with lemon aroma and distributed on the cake. We put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then turn off the side of the baking rings. Sprinkle the top of the foam with cocoa powder and serve.
