Baked Dark Chocolate Coffee Infused Donuts (Sponsored)
Ingredients:
Donuts:
- 1/2 C. Cake Flour
- 1/2 C. Whole Wheat White Flour
- 1/4 C. Dark Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Natural Sweetener (Such as Stevia, Truvia, Etc...)
- 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 C. Strong Brewed Coffee
- 1/4 C. Fat Free Milk
- 1/4 C. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Whole Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Glaze:
- 1/4 C. Powdered Sugar
- 1/2-1 Tbsp. Strong Brewed Coffee
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and light coat the inside of a donut pan with non-stick baking spray; set aside.
- Whisk together the flours, cocoa powder, sugar, sweetener, baking powder, and baking soda into a medium bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the coffee, milk, yogurt, egg, applesauce and vanilla.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together until just combined and no lumps remain.
