Black chocolate coulants 70%
Ingredients
- 100 g of Black Chocolate 70% NESTLÉ Desserts
- 80 g (8 ounces) of Dark Chocolate 70% NESTLÉ Desserts (for the interior of coulant)
- 3 eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 260 ° C
Instruction :
- Heat the 100 g of chocolate in the microwave with two tablespoons of water and butter for 1min 30s to 500w.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the flour. Add the melted chocolate and mix it well.
- Spread some individual molds with a little butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Pour the mixture into the molds filling them up to 1/3. Place one ounce of chocolate in each mold and then cover with the rest of the mixture.
