Black chocolate coulants 70%



Ingredients

  • 100 g of Black Chocolate 70% NESTLÉ Desserts
  • 80 g (8 ounces) of Dark Chocolate 70% NESTLÉ Desserts (for the interior of coulant)
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 260 ° C

Instruction :

  • Heat the 100 g of chocolate in the microwave with two tablespoons of water and butter for 1min 30s to 500w.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the flour. Add the melted chocolate and mix it well.
  • Spread some individual molds with a little butter and sprinkle with flour.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds filling them up to 1/3. Place one ounce of chocolate in each mold and then cover with the rest of the mixture.
