TAGALONG COOKIE CUPCAKES

A hidden cookie and creamy peanut butter frosting make these Tagalong Cookie Cupcakes a fun dessert to share with friends and family.

Ingredients

1 white cake mix
Ingredients from back of box
24 Tagalong Girl Scout Cookies
1 batch Best Honey Peanut Butter Butter Frosting
Chocolate Sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 24 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.
Mix up the cake mix according to the directions on the back of the box.
Place a cookie in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Cover the cookie with cake batter. Fill the liners at least 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 18-19 minutes. Cool completely.
