Sugar-Free Chocolate Coffee Truffles
There’s nothing I love more than coffee and chocolate, so I thought to myself, “Why not combine them?” These keto-friendly, sugar-free truffles are sweet but not too sweet, made with healthy fats to keep you satiated, and best of all, they’re easy to make!
It’s hard to find chocolates in stores that aren’t loaded in refined sugars and things we can’t pronounce. Once you make these keto, sugar-free truffles using very basic and minimal ingredients, you won’t want to go back!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons brewed coffee
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoons MitoSweet, or stevia
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together cacao powder and sweetener.
In another small bowl, combine coffee and oil.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients and whisk together until the consistency is moussey.
