Raspberry Energy Bites




Ingredients

Oats100 g

Almond flour/meal50 g

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut25 g

Acai Powder10 g

Frozen/fresh mixed berries100 g

Coconut Oil10 g

Honey or Maple Syrup2 tbsp

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut For decoration2 tbsp

A variation on our Raspberry Bliss Balls, loaded with antioxidants and ready to send you flying all day.
Method
  • Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, except for the decoration.
  • If it is too watery, add a little more oats.
  • When you get a doughy consistency, put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
