Fruity Green Ginger Smoothie


A tasty smoothie made with apple, banana, kiwi fruit, spinach and of course ginger!   This really will keep you healthy this winter.


Ingredients
1 banana

1 apple peeled and cored

1 kiwi fruit peeled

1 tsp root ginger

1 handful spinach

200 ml cold water

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender.   I use a Nutribullet.
