Blackberry harvest pie smoothie recipe

This blackberry smoothie is bursting with fresh fruit flavor. You won’t be able to tell that this smoothie is healthy with all the flavors and natural sugars coming from the fruit. This smoothie is the perfect way to gear up for looking your best this summer.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or substitute another milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) Yoplait light blackberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice, depending on desired consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Truvia, or substitute another sweetener
  • Reduced-fat whipped topping (optional)
  • Reduced-fat graham crackers, crushed (optional)

Directions:

  • In a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, blackberries, banana, ice and sweetener. Blend until smooth, and pour equal amounts into 2 glasses.
  • Garnish with reduced-fat whipped topping and a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
