- 1 cup skim milk, or substitute another milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free (and fat-free) lemon pudding mix, dry
- 1 (6 ounce) Yoplait light lemon cream pie yogurt
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice, depending on desired consistency
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Reduced-fat whipped topping (optional)
- Crushed graham cracker crumbs (optional)
- Yellow food coloring (optional)
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the milk, dry pudding mix, yogurt, banana, ice and lemon juice. If desired, add in the vanilla protein powder and 2 to 3 drops of yellow food coloring. Blend until smooth, and pour equal amounts into 2 glasses.
- Garnish with reduced-fat whipped topping and graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
