Boston cream pie smoothie recipe

This Boston cream pie smoothie is a skinny version of one of America’s favorite pies. Complete with a custard touch (thanks to the pudding in this smoothie) and authentic flavors, this smoothie is a great way to stay skinny while enjoying a delicious pie drink.


Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup skim milk, or substitute another milk
  • 1 sugar-free vanilla Snack Pack pudding
  • 1 (6 ounce) Yoplait light Boston cream pie yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice, depending on desired consistency
  • 4 tablespoons sugar-free Hershey’s chocolate syrup
  • Reduced-fat whipped topping (optional)
  • Chocolate curls (optional)

Directions:

  • In a blender or food processor, process the graham crackers until completely crushed. Layer 2 tablespoons of the crumbs at the bottom of 2 glasses.
  • In a blender, combine the milk, pudding, yogurt, vanilla, banana and ice. Blend until smooth, and pour equal amounts into the 2 glasses.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons (or to taste) of chocolate syrup over the smoothies.
