Loco Unicorn, Rainbow Colored LocoNut Cocktail
The Loco Unicorn drink recipe tastes as good as it looks. Captain Morgan’s LocoNut coconut liqueur blends with two fruity ingredients to make a beautiful pink and blue rainbow.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces Coconut Water
- 2 ounces Captain Morgan LocoNut
- 1/4 ounce grenadine
- 1/4 ounce Genuine Curacao Liqueur
Instructions
- Dip a 13 ounce highball glass in water and then edible glitter to form a rim (here's a how-to on rimming glasses).
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the coconut water and Captain Morgan LocoNut.
- Stir these until they're blended.
- Drizzle the Grenadine in slowly so it falls to the bottom and sits.
