Sex With The Bartender

This is our take on a recipe from the Drinks Mixer website.  There was no picture with the cocktail, so once our concoction was complete, I was a little surprised by its appearance.  It looks a bit like our Halloween classic Brain Hemorrhage, just on a grander scale.  Honestly, there are some cocktails that once you've had one, you'll never want to drink it again... this isn't one of them.  This is  a light, delicious, and refreshing infusion of Coconut and Citrus, with subtle infusions of Baileys.  It's simple to put together, and certainly worth a try.  We hope you enjoy our featured cocktail... Ingredients

• 1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
• 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
• .5 oz. Triple Sec
• 4-6 oz. 7-Up (diet is ok)
• .75 oz. Grenadine
• .75 oz. Roses Lime Juice
• Lemon, Lime, or Cherry to garnish

Directions

1. Put the Rum, Triple Sec, Grenadine, and Lime Juice in an ice filled Collins glass.  Give it a good stir, and then add the 7-Up until it's about an inch from the top of the glass.  Stir, and then pour the Baileys down the center of the glass.  Garnish accordingly, insert a long straw, and have some fun with your... Sex With The Bartender.  Bottoms up!!!
