Method of making peaches filled with cream:
- We mix eggs with sugar until the composition becomes creamy and the sugar is melted. Add the oil and the orange essence. Add the flour and the baking powder and start banging. The amount of flour can be variable, so do not put all the flour once, but add it progressively. When the dough is not lacking in hands and the consistency of the plastel is ready.
