White Chocolate Fruit Tart

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 loving cup butter

  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups vanilla baking chips
  • 1/4 loving cup heavy cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) packet cream cheese
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 loving cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 loving cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
2. For the crust: Cream together butter, shortening too one 1/2 cups carbohydrate alongside electrical mixer. Beat inwards eggs.
