Classic (Vegan) Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Wet Ingredients:
- 1 loving cup peanut butter, unsalted in addition to unsweetened
- 1/2 loving cup vegan butter, room temp (I used basis Balance)
- 1/2 loving cup cane sugar
- 1/2 loving cup brownish sugar
- 1/4 loving cup dairy gratis milk, unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a medium bowl, mix together all dry out ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, in addition to salt) in addition to stir to combine
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter in addition to room temperature vegan butter using an electrical or stand upward mixer (if you're peanut butter is likewise difficult or stiff, gently estrus it inwards the microwave for 15-30 seconds)
