Easy Butter Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
Pie Crust Pastry:

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
- 1/2 loving cup mutual frigidness unsalted butter (cut into i inch cubes)
- 1/4 loving cup H2O ice water
- 1/3 loving cup (70 grams) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 loving cup (210 grams) low-cal dark-brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 loving cup (60 ml) low-cal cream (half-and-half) (10% butterfat)
- 1/2 loving cup (120 ml) raisins or chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
