Bite-Size Cannoli Recipe



H5N1 fun Italian process that's slow to brand at home. Just watching the video makes my mouthwater. It's too cracking for giving instructions on how to make. Kudos to Cookingwithsugar.com for giving us this fantastic treat.

Cannoli Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

For Filling
  • 1 container of whole milk ricotta cheese, fifteen oz
  • 1/2 loving cup confectioners’ sugar, addition extra for dusting finished cups
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 loving cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
For Cups
  • Flour for dusting surface
  • 1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts
  • 3 tablespoons coarse natural saccharide (Turbinado)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Direction:


Make the filling:

Using a stand upward mixer, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, white saccharide together with vanilla extract. Mix for a few minutes. Set the filling inwards a bowl together with cool inwards refrigerator.

Make the mini cups:

Preheat oven to 425 deg F.

Prepare surface amongst flour then dough doesn't stick.

Layout pie dough together with sprinkle coarse natural saccharide together with cinnamon over it. Push the saccharide together with cinnamon into the dough amongst a rolling pin.

Cut out mini-pie crust using a 3-inch cookie cutter or the rima oris of a regular loving cup or glass. Place each 1 inwards a muffin tin sugar-side up.

Bake inwards oven for x minutes. Cup should live on crispy. Let cool to touch.

Fill each loving cup amongst filling amongst chocolate chips on top.

Serve!
