Starbucks Copycat Cranberry Bliss Bars Recipe
I have to admit when it comes to Starbucks, it is my weakness. I shouldn’t have made these Starbucks Copycat Cranberry Bliss Bars but I did and they are delicious! Starbucks Copycat Cranberry Bliss Bars are one of my favorite treats. I hope you enjoy these as much as I have! Plus, it is a thrifty alternative verses paying top dollar for your favorite treat!

Ingredients
Cake:
- ¾ cup melted Butter
- 1½ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2¼ cup Flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ cup Chopped Dried Cranberries
- 6 oz chopped White Chocolate or White Chocolate Chips
Frosting:
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 6 oz melted White Chocolate
- ½ cup chopped Dried Cranberries
- 2 tsp Grated Orange Zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with butter.
- Combine butter, brown sugar eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients while beating.
- Stir in the cranberries and chocolate.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Beat the cream cheese, orange zest and powdered sugar until well-blended.
