4 INGREDIENT PALEO VEGAN COCONUT NO BAKE BITES (KETO, SUGAR FREE)


Easy and healthy no bake coconut bites made without condensed milk and needing just 4 ingredients. Made with coconut and almond flour, these paleo and vegan snacks take less than 5 minutes to whip up! Keto, Sugar free, Low Carb.


Bites, balls, energy balls, snowballs. Whatever you name them, I won’t judge- I just call them easy, delicious and guilt-free. These also taste like raffaello candy!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 3 cups finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 3/4 cup sticky sweetener of choice I used a monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk can sub any liquid of choice

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a high-speed blender, food processor or mixing bowl, combine your ingredients and blend until a dough is formed. If the batter is too crumbly, add extra coconut milk until a slightly sticky texture remains.
  2. Using your hands, form into small balls. If desired, roll balls in extra shredded coconut.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
