Weight Loss Breakfast Smoothie

I hope you try out my weight loss breakfast smoothie if you are looking to lose some weight. It doesn’t need to be made for breakfast, but I find getting those carbs in at breakfast will give you much better energy throughout the day. If you want to supercharge your weight loss do this for breakfast and juice vegetables for dinner. Try it out and let me know what you think!


Ingredients
-5 Bananas

-4 Stalks of Black Kale

-1 Grapefruit

-1 Knuckle of Turmeric

-2 Cups of Frozen Mango

-1 Shot of Liquid Multivitamins (Intramax)

-Water
