You all know I love chocolate AND peanut butter, particularly when you add ice cream to it! Well that’s why I came up with this simple yet delicious ice cream Easter treat containing BUTTERFINGER® Cup Eggs 6pk, along with BUTTERFINGER® Minis. I don’t regularly have ice cream in the house on purpose, since I would eat it daily. But I prefer to eat ice cream at home since it’s so much cheaper compared to going to the ice cream store (we have at least six within two miles of our house, I’m not kidding!).


Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt)

4 BUTTERFINGER® Cup Eggs

8 BUTTERFINGER® Minis

2 tablespoons caramel topping

Instructions
Allow ice cream to soften for a few minutes.

Chop 2 of the BUTTERFINGER® Cup Eggs and all 8 BUTTERFINGER® Minis.

In a medium bowl, combine BUTTERFINGER® Cup Eggs 6pk, BUTTERFINGER® Minis and caramel topping. Mix until well combined.
