Ingredients

2 c cooked rice
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp
cinnamon (optional)

How to Make Simple Farmhouse Rice Pudding

Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, and stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can sprinkle with cinnamon
