Maple Pecan Caramel White Chocolate Fudge
Yay! Another fudge recipe that requires absolutely NO boiling or candy thermometers.
This is a super easy, super fast, super tasty fudge recipe that you can have fun tweaking to your own preferences.
I decided to go with maple flavoring, toasted pecans, and little bits of caramel.
Other than having to chill for a while in the fridge, I think this took me maybe 5 minutes to make.
Nice, right?
Need a "Plan B" in case that complicated have-to-break-out-the-candy-thermometer fudge doesn't work out? Keep this in mind.
In fact... just go straight to Plan B and skip all the muss and fuss!
