Healthy Peanut Butter Bon Bon

These homemade Healthy Gluten-Free Vegan Peanut Butter Bon Bons are made with only 5 clean ingredients, no powdered sugar, and taste so much better than store-bought candy! They’re can be prepared in about 10 minutes and are vegan and gluten-free!


Ingredients
For the peanut butter balls
1 cup organic peanut butter
2 tablespoons organic maple syrup*
1-2 tablespoons organic coconut flour
For the chocolate coating

  • 1 cup Enjoy Life semi-sweet mini chocolate chips*
  • 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the peanut butter balls:
  3. Add all the ingredients for the peanut butter balls to a medium-sized bowl and stir until everything is well combined. Depending on the type of peanut butter you use, you may need to adjust the amount of coconut flour. Only add as much coconut flour as needed so the peanut butter mixture is firm enough to roll into a ball shape. Add 1 tablespoon at a time as too much coconut flour will make the mixture too dry,
  4. Take out a spoonful at a time and roll into a ball shape.
  5. Place the balls on to the prepared cookie sheet and place in the freezer to chill while you prepare the chocolate coating.
