The Best OREO CUPCAKES Ever

This is a favorite cupcake recipe among all of us sisters. People everywhere are so excited when we make them for parties and get-togethers!!!

Ingredients
Cupcakes
1 chocolate box cake mix
1 small instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Frosting and Filling
2 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 2lb bag powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 8oz tub cool whip
12 finely crushed Oreos
Instructions

1. Cupcakes
2. Preheat oven to 350°.
3. Beat all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, for 2 minutes. Fold in chips.
4. Fill cupcake liners half full. Bake for about 16 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Let cool completely. (I like to make mine a day or more ahead of time and put them in the freezer immediately after cooling. This method keeps them very moist.)

Filling and Frosting

1. Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip and crushed Oreos. Refrigerate for an hour before decorating cupcakes.

Assembly

1. Fill cupcakes and pipe a mound on top.
