Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosted Cupcakes

Dark Chocolate Cupcakes alongside Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients (14-16 cupcakes)
    For the Cupcakes:

    • 8oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 loving cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 4 1/2 loving cup powdered sugar
    • 1/4 loving cup unsweetened nighttime cocoa powder
    • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
    • 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
    For the Ganache:
    • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
    • 2 tsp lite corn syrup
    • 1/4 loving cup unsalted butter
    • 3 Tbsp nighttime chocolate chunks, chopped
    • 1/2 loving cup powdered sugar
    • sprinkles, optional
    Instructions

    1. For the cupcakes, mix flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda in addition to baking pulverisation inward small-scale bowl. Set aside.
